Junior Sales Assistant

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Weiz suchen wir ab sofort eine/n Junior Sales Assistant (m/w/d).

AUFGABENGEBIET

Erstellung von Angeboten, Aufträgen und Rechnungen
Korrespondenz mit Geschäftspartnern in Deutsch und Englisch
Pflege der CRM Datenbank (Leads, etc.)
Sales Forecast gemeinsam mit den Länderverantwortlichen
Weiterverfolgung von Leads aus Messen und Veranstaltungen
Organisation von Kunden- und Gästebesuchen sowie -bewirtung
Erstellung von Statistiken und Reports
Organisation von Meetings, Trainingsveranstaltungen, Seminare, Messeteilnahme

ANFORDERUNGEN

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Ausbildung (z.B. HAK)
Erfahrung im Bereich Vertriebsassistenz (Technische Produkte) von Vorteil
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen, Erfahrung mit Microsoft Business Central von großem Vorteil
Stressresistenz
Hohes Maß an Engagement, Organisationstalent und Teamfähigkeit
Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
Selbstständige Arbeitsweise
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
CEEC Sprachen von Vorteil

Für diese Position startet das Monatsbruttogehalt bei EUR 2.700,00 (Basis Vollzeit) und wird je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung individuell besprochen und vereinbart. Flexible Arbeitszeiten durch Gleitzeit.
