acutatum<\/em>\u00a0nedenler\u00a0<strong>Yaban Mersini Antraknozu<\/strong>\u00a0(Olgun \u00c7\u00fcr\u00fckl\u00fck) hasat \u00f6ncesi ve sonras\u0131 yaban mersini meyvelerinde g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr. Hastal\u0131k t\u00fcm yaban mersini \u00fcretim alanlar\u0131nda g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr ve meyvelerin raf \u00f6mr\u00fcn\u00fcn azalmas\u0131nda ve pazardaki taze meyvelerin kalitesinin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck olmas\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fck bir etkiye sahiptir.<\/p><h3>Semptomlar<\/h3><p>Yaban mersini mantar patojenine kar\u015f\u0131 hassast\u0131r. Meyveler olgunla\u015fana kadar belirti g\u00f6stermezler. \u0130lk belirtiler olgun meyvelerde \u00e7i\u00e7e\u011fin sonuna yak\u0131n koyu, \u00e7\u00f6k\u00fck alanlar olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr. Bu enfekte b\u00f6lgeler zamanla b\u00fcz\u00fc\u015febilir. Birka\u00e7 g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde bu \u00e7\u00f6k\u00fck alanlarda parlak salomon-turuncu renkli, \u0131slak spor kitleleri g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr. Yap\u0131\u015fkan spor k\u00fctleleri ya\u011fmur, sulama, su s\u0131\u00e7ramas\u0131, r\u00fczgar ve hasat s\u0131ras\u0131nda temas yoluyla di\u011fer meyvelere yay\u0131l\u0131r. Mantar patojeni bitkinin t\u00fcm a\u015famalar\u0131n\u0131 enfekte eder: yapraklar, tomurcuklar, dallar ve kam\u0131\u015flar. Yeni s\u00fcrg\u00fcnler ve yapraklar ilkbaharda yan\u0131k hale gelebilir. Dallar, enfekte tomurcuklardan sporlar\u0131n aktar\u0131lmas\u0131yla enfekte olur. Gen\u00e7 kam\u0131\u015flarda meyve g\u00f6vdeli koyu kahverengi, kanker benzeri lezyonlar geli\u015fir.<\/p><h3>Hastal\u0131k d\u00f6ng\u00fcs\u00fc<\/h3><p>Mantar patojeni dallarda ve \u00e7i\u00e7ek tomurcuklar\u0131nda, mahmuzlarda ve kafeslerde k\u0131\u015f\u0131 ge\u00e7irir. \u0130lkbaharda fungus spor \u00fcretir ve bu sporlar ya\u011fmur, sulama ve su s\u0131\u00e7ramalar\u0131 ile da\u011f\u0131l\u0131r. Enfeksiyonlar optimum 12- 27\u00b0C s\u0131cakl\u0131kta ve 12 saatten fazla yaprak \u0131slakl\u0131k periyodunda meydana gelir. Meyve herhangi bir zamanda enfekte olabilir, ancak enfeksiyonlar sadece meyve olgunla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131nda g\u00f6r\u00fclebilir (semptomlar g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr). Mantar meyveye girer ve meyve olgunla\u015fmaya ba\u015flayana kadar uykuda kal\u0131r. Bu s\u0131rada mantar enfekte b\u00f6lgede kolonile\u015fmeye ba\u015flar ve bitki h\u00fccre duvarlar\u0131n\u0131 tahrip eden enzimler \u00fcretir. Zarar g\u00f6ren bu h\u00fccreler i\u00e7eriklerini ve b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fcklerini kaybeder (belirtiler \u00e7\u00f6k\u00fck alanlar ve b\u00fcz\u00fc\u015fme olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr). Hasattan sonra d\u00f6k\u00fclen meyve g\u00f6vdeleri enfekte olabilir. FieldClimate'de zay\u0131f, orta ve \u015fiddetli Enfeksiyon s\u0131cakl\u0131k, yaprak \u0131slakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve ya\u011f\u0131\u015f parametrelerine ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak hesaplan\u0131r.
