Tropik ve subtropik b\u00f6lgelerin \u00e7o\u011fu etkilenmekte ve 30-50%'lik kay\u0131plar rapor edilmektedir. Pasifik'te BLS'nin ilk kayd\u0131 40 y\u0131l \u00f6nce Fiji'deki Sigatoka Vadisi'nde yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Muz \u00fcretiminde kullan\u0131lan fungisitlerin \u00e7o\u011fu BLS'yi kontrol etmek i\u00e7indir. \u00c7o\u011fu ticari yeti\u015ftirici taraf\u0131ndan yeti\u015ftirilen Cavendish tipi 'Williams' muzu mantar hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7ok hassast\u0131r. Ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k bilinmemektedir ve di\u011fer yabani t\u00fcrlerin ve alt t\u00fcrlerin\u00a0<em>Musa<\/em>\u00a0enfekte olur, ancak hastal\u0131k \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde geli\u015fmez.\u00a0<em>Mycosphaerella fijiensis<\/em>\u00a0yabani muzlar\u0131n fide a\u015famas\u0131na da sald\u0131rabilir.<\/p><h3><strong>Meydana geldi\u011fi mevsim<\/strong><\/h3><p>Siyah sigatoka sporlar\u0131 tropikal ve sub-tropikal yaz aylar\u0131nda veya tropikal iklim ko\u015fullar\u0131nda kolayca olu\u015fur.\u00a0<u>y\u00fcksek nem ve ya\u011f\u0131\u015f<\/u>\u00d6zellikle de yapraklar \u00fczerinde serbest su tabakas\u0131 varsa. Yay\u0131lman\u0131n temel yolu ya\u011fmurla y\u0131kanma veya sporlar\u0131n s\u0131\u00e7ramas\u0131d\u0131r, ancak hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n geli\u015fiminin ilerleyen a\u015famalar\u0131nda sporlar hava ak\u0131mlar\u0131na da zorla bo\u015falt\u0131l\u0131r. Lekeler hafif\u00e7e \u00e7\u00f6k\u00fckt\u00fcr ve sar\u0131ms\u0131 bir hale ile \u00e7evrilidir. Ba\u015fl\u0131ca yay\u0131lma yollar\u0131 ya\u011fmurla y\u0131kama ve s\u0131\u00e7ramad\u0131r; konidiler r\u00fczgarla kopmaz. Maksimum \u00e7imlenme serbest su mevcut oldu\u011funda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fir. Konidiler, askosporlara (98 ila 100%) k\u0131yasla daha geni\u015f bir ba\u011f\u0131l nem aral\u0131\u011f\u0131nda (92 ila 100%) \u00e7imlenir. Etkisi\u00a0<u>s\u0131cakl\u0131k<\/u>\u00a0\u00e7imlenme \u00fczerindeki etkisi, tahmini optimum de\u011feri 26,5\u00b0C olan ikinci dereceden bir yan\u0131t fonksiyonu ile karakterize edilebilir (10). Bureau (ki\u015fisel ileti\u015fim) ve Romero (18) gen\u00e7 yapraklar\u0131n ya\u015fl\u0131lara g\u00f6re daha duyarl\u0131 oldu\u011funu (birinci ila \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc) g\u00f6zlemlemi\u015ftir.<\/p><h3><strong>Kulu\u00e7ka d\u00f6nemi<\/strong><\/h3><p>Enfeksiyon ile semptomlar\u0131n ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 aras\u0131ndaki s\u00fcre hava ko\u015fullar\u0131na ve bitkinin duyarl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131na g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fir (68). Muzlarda, yaprak enfeksiyonu zaman\u0131n\u0131n yalanc\u0131 sap\u0131n tepesinden yeni bir yapra\u011f\u0131n ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131yla ayn\u0131 zamana denk geldi\u011fi tahmin edilmektedir (20). Kosta Rika'da \u00e7ok uygun ko\u015fullar alt\u0131nda ve duyarl\u0131 bir konak\u00e7\u0131 ile\u00a0<u>kulu\u00e7ka d\u00f6nemi<\/u>\u00a013-14 g\u00fcn kadar k\u0131sa olabilirken, elveri\u015fsiz hava ko\u015fullar\u0131nda ink\u00fcbasyon s\u00fcresi 35 g\u00fcne kadar uzayabilir. Nijerya'dan muzla ilgili benzer raporlar mevcuttur (16). Ya\u011fmur mevsimi boyunca ink\u00fcbasyon s\u00fcresi 14 g\u00fcn iken, kurak mevsimde 24 g\u00fcn olmu\u015ftur. Kulu\u00e7ka s\u00fcresinin uzunlu\u011fu, \u00e7e\u015fidin M. fijiensis'e kar\u015f\u0131 duyarl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131na g\u00f6re de de\u011fi\u015fmektedir. FHIA taraf\u0131ndan geli\u015ftirilen iki tetraploid sentetik hibrit olan FHIA 1 ve FHIA 2 \u00e7e\u015fitlerinde ink\u00fcbasyon s\u00fcresi s\u0131ras\u0131yla 26,2 ve 25,1 g\u00fcn iken, duyarl\u0131 Grande Naine \u00e7e\u015fidinde bu s\u00fcre 22,4 g\u00fcn olmu\u015ftur (19).<\/p><p>Yapra\u011fa n\u00fcfuz ettikten sonra, &lt;<em>M. fijiensis<\/em>\u00a0H\u00fccrelerde herhangi bir bozulma kan\u0131t\u0131 olmaks\u0131z\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k 7 g\u00fcn boyunca biti\u015fik h\u00fccrelerde kolonize olur. Vejetatif hifler stomalardan \u00e7\u0131kabilir ve yaprak y\u00fczeyinde b\u00fcy\u00fcyebilir ve biti\u015fik stomalara n\u00fcfuz edebilir veya konidiyoforlar ve konidiler \u00fcretebilir. Kulu\u00e7ka d\u00f6nemi gibi latent d\u00f6nem de hava ko\u015fullar\u0131na, kona\u011f\u0131n duyarl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131na ve enfeksiyonlar\u0131n yo\u011funlu\u011funa g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fir. Latent d\u00f6nem, Guapiles, Kosta Rika'da ya\u011fmurlu sezonda (Haziran-Aral\u0131k) 25 g\u00fcn ile kurak sezonda 70 g\u00fcn aras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fmektedir. Hava, ascospore bo\u015falmas\u0131 ve enfeksiyon i\u00e7in olduk\u00e7a elveri\u015fli oldu\u011funda, yapraklarda bir\u00e7ok enfeksiyon meydana gelir.
