Um volume de ar a 30 \u00b0C (86 \u00b0F) conter\u00e1 muito mais vapor de \u00e1gua do que o ar a 10 \u00b0C (50 \u00b0F), da\u00ed o termo humidade relativa. <strong>Os valores de humidade relativa superiores a 95% s\u00e3o normalmente utilizados em <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/metos.global\/pt\/disease-models\/\">modelos de doen\u00e7as<\/a><\/span> para prever as condi\u00e7\u00f5es de infe\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/strong> Os sensores de humidade das folhas imitam a forma como uma folha se molha e seca em condi\u00e7\u00f5es de humidade e de chuva. Isto \u00e9 utilizado para observar os per\u00edodos de tempo em que as folhas est\u00e3o h\u00famidas, o que \u00e9 utilizado em aplica\u00e7\u00f5es de modelos de doen\u00e7as. Antes e durante os eventos de chuva, os valores de humidade das folhas ficam activos.<\/p><p>A coloca\u00e7\u00e3o da humidade foliar na copa da cultura \u00e9 fundamental, uma vez que imita a humidade e a secagem de uma folha. Num dossel espesso, existe um microclima de condi\u00e7\u00f5es quentes e h\u00famidas, o que determina as condi\u00e7\u00f5es ambientais para <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/metos.global\/pt\/disease-models\/\">desenvolvimento da doen\u00e7a<\/a><\/span>. Se for colocado fora da copa das \u00e1rvores, os per\u00edodos de humidade das folhas ser\u00e3o menores. Como j\u00e1 foi referido, a humidade relativa \u00e9 importante no c\u00e1lculo do Delta T para <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/metos.global\/pt\/spray-quality-assessment\/\">aplica\u00e7\u00f5es de pulveriza\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a><\/span>. Para al\u00e9m disso, <strong>a humidade relativa e a humidade foliar espec\u00edficas do local s\u00e3o muito importantes para a previs\u00e3o da press\u00e3o ou do risco de doen\u00e7as em v\u00e1rias culturas<\/strong>.<\/p><p>A maioria das culturas <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/metos.global\/pt\/disease-models\/\">modelos de doen\u00e7as<\/a><\/span> utilizar per\u00edodos de tempo de v\u00e1rios n\u00edveis de humidade relativa (%) ou per\u00edodos de humidade das folhas (minutos) em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s temperaturas. Em termos simples, <strong>as doen\u00e7as das culturas necessitam das condi\u00e7\u00f5es ambientais adequadas para se transformarem em epidemias<\/strong>Da\u00ed a necessidade de efetuar medi\u00e7\u00f5es espec\u00edficas no local. As ilustra\u00e7\u00f5es abaixo mostram claramente que um <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/metos.global\/pt\/stations-dataloggers\/\">esta\u00e7\u00e3o meteorol\u00f3gica<\/a><\/span> que n\u00e3o esteja no campo, n\u00e3o reflectir\u00e1 as condi\u00e7\u00f5es reais de press\u00e3o\/risco da doen\u00e7a. As duas esta\u00e7\u00f5es est\u00e3o separadas por apenas 1 \u00bd km ou 1 milha (uma no campo, a outra sob relva), com a esta\u00e7\u00e3o de campo a apresentar longos epis\u00f3dios de infe\u00e7\u00e3o com elevada press\u00e3o\/risco. Estas diferen\u00e7as foram ainda confirmadas por um estudo de caso efectuado na explora\u00e7\u00e3o de <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/metos.global\/pt\/in-field-fusarium-risk\/\">Fusariose no trigo<\/a><\/span><\/strong>O dispositivo IoT no terreno previu um risco mais elevado do que a esta\u00e7\u00e3o governamental que se encontrava a dezenas de quil\u00f3metros de dist\u00e2ncia.
