Os rendimentos da maioria das culturas foram atingidos devido \u00e0 falta de humidade armazenada no solo e a chuvas oportunas. O outono tamb\u00e9m foi marcado pela continua\u00e7\u00e3o de condi\u00e7\u00f5es secas e quentes, proporcionando pouca recarga aos n\u00edveis de humidade do solo. O Inverno de 2021 a 2022 viu uma boa queda de neve, mas como j\u00e1 discutimos, a \u00e1gua pode ser armazenada no saco de neve e\/ou perdida para sublima\u00e7\u00e3o durante o Inverno. Em 2022 as condi\u00e7\u00f5es passaram de condi\u00e7\u00f5es de extrema secura para condi\u00e7\u00f5es muito h\u00famidas, com o trabalho de campo e as opera\u00e7\u00f5es de planta\u00e7\u00e3o abrandadas devido \u00e0s condi\u00e7\u00f5es de humidade e algumas \u00e1reas n\u00e3o foram semeadas devido a condi\u00e7\u00f5es de humidade excessiva. A precipita\u00e7\u00e3o atempada e abundante continuou durante toda a esta\u00e7\u00e3o de crescimento, o que levou a uma humidade abundante do solo para um maior potencial de rendimento. Os gr\u00e1ficos abaixo ilustram claramente esta mudan\u00e7a na humidade do solo de 2021 para 2022.<\/p><p>Os relat\u00f3rios oficiais de precipita\u00e7\u00e3o das esta\u00e7\u00f5es meteorol\u00f3gicas governamentais em Winnipeg caracterizam claramente a variabilidade clim\u00e1tica para os anos 2021 e 2022, onde a precipita\u00e7\u00e3o registada para 2022 foi de 766 mm, que \u00e9 quase o dobro de 2021 a 384 mm. Al\u00e9m disso, 2022 foi o ano mais h\u00famido de que h\u00e1 registo, ultrapassando o ano de 1962 que teve 725 mm.
