elementor-size-default\">Anthracnose<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-95dca5e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"95dca5e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>Agent pathog\u00e8ne<\/h3><p>L'anthracnose des fraises, caus\u00e9e par <em>Colletotrichum acutatum<\/em>Cette maladie se manifeste par des l\u00e9sions noires et enfonc\u00e9es sur les tiges, les stolons et les fruits. Cette maladie fongique affecte toutes les parties de la plante, y compris la couronne, les racines, les p\u00e9tioles et les stolons.<\/p><p>La maladie peut se d\u00e9velopper rapidement dans des conditions favorables et jusqu'\u00e0 90% des fruits peuvent \u00eatre infect\u00e9s en l'espace d'une semaine ou moins. Les fruits immatures et matures sont tous deux susceptibles d'\u00eatre infect\u00e9s, mais la maladie est plus fr\u00e9quente dans les fruits en cours de maturation ou compl\u00e8tement matures. Les plantes infect\u00e9es ou les d\u00e9bris v\u00e9g\u00e9taux peuvent servir de sources d'inoculum pour l'hiver. Au printemps, les spores sont produites et dispers\u00e9es par la pluie et le vent sur des distances relativement courtes.<\/p><p>Le pathog\u00e8ne p\u00e9n\u00e8tre dans la plante par un appressorium qui traverse la cuticule et envahit les cellules \u00e9pidermiques. Au d\u00e9part, <em>C. acutatum<\/em> existe dans une phase biotrophe et passe \u00e0 une phase n\u00e9crotrophe, dans laquelle le champignon prolif\u00e8re \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur des cellules mortes. Au fur et \u00e0 mesure que la maladie progresse, le champignon forme des acervules sous les parois cellulaires de l'\u00e9piderme. Ces acervules m\u00fbrissent et lib\u00e8rent des conidies, qui propagent la maladie plus rapidement, notamment sous l'effet des \u00e9claboussures de pluie. Les conidies secondaires constituent \u00e9galement une source importante d'inoculum.<br \/>Sympt\u00f4mes<\/p><p>Les sympt\u00f4mes se manifestent d'abord par un fl\u00e9trissement des feuilles les plus jeunes, qui peuvent se r\u00e9tablir temporairement mais meurent rapidement. Des taches noires irr\u00e9guli\u00e8res apparaissent sur les feuilles, surtout \u00e0 l'extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 des folioles.<\/p><p>Le tissu de la couronne pr\u00e9sente alors une d\u00e9coloration rouge\u00e2tre qui finit par devenir brun fonc\u00e9 ou noir au fur et \u00e0 mesure que la plante se d\u00e9t\u00e9riore. Les couronnes infect\u00e9es sont souvent partiellement endommag\u00e9es, ce qui entra\u00eene un retard de croissance, mais pas la mort compl\u00e8te de la plante. G\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, seul un c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la couronne est infect\u00e9, plut\u00f4t que la couronne enti\u00e8re.<\/p><p>Des l\u00e9sions fonc\u00e9es et allong\u00e9es se forment sur les p\u00e9tioles et les tiges des stolons. Les p\u00e9tioles et les tiges affect\u00e9s peuvent \u00eatre ceintur\u00e9s par les l\u00e9sions, ce qui entra\u00eene le fl\u00e9trissement et la mort des feuilles ou des plantes filles enti\u00e8res.<\/p><p>Les fruits peuvent \u00eatre infect\u00e9s \u00e0 n'importe quel stade de leur d\u00e9veloppement, en durcissant et en devenant bruns. Des l\u00e9sions sombres et enfonc\u00e9es se d\u00e9veloppent sur les fruits matures, entra\u00eenant une momification au lieu d'un m\u00fbrissement. Aux temp\u00e9ratures optimales de 20\u00b0C \u00e0 25\u00b0C, une p\u00e9riode d'humectation des feuilles de 12 heures est n\u00e9cessaire. Elle hiverne sous deux formes : le myc\u00e9lium et les cleistoth\u00e8ces.<\/p><p>Le myc\u00e9lium hivernant devient actif au printemps, produisant des conidiophores qui lib\u00e8rent des conidies (spores reproductrices asexu\u00e9es) \u00e0 maturit\u00e9. Les conidies se posent sur un nouveau tissu, germent et forment des appressoria, des structures d'infection sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es qui p\u00e9n\u00e8trent dans les cellules v\u00e9g\u00e9tales. Ce processus aboutit \u00e0 la formation de nouvelles colonies.<\/p><p>Le Cleistothecia lib\u00e8re des ascospores (spores reproductrices sexuelles) de mars \u00e0 mai. Les ascospores se posent \u00e9galement sur de nouveaux tissus, germent et forment de nouvelles colonies.<\/p><p>Le myc\u00e9lium et les conidies servent tous deux d'inoculum primaire. Les infections secondaires se produisent principalement par l'interm\u00e9diaire des conidies, qui sont dispers\u00e9es par le vent et se propagent rapidement.<\/p><p>Lorsque les conditions environnementales deviennent moins favorables, le champignon passe \u00e0 la reproduction sexu\u00e9e - formation de cleistoth\u00e8ces - et le cycle se r\u00e9p\u00e8te lorsque les inoculums passent l'hiver.<\/p><h3>Sympt\u00f4mes<\/h3><p>Des taches poudreuses blanches de myc\u00e9liums et de conidies apparaissent sur toutes les parties a\u00e9riennes et se regroupent pour couvrir toute la surface. Les organes jeunes sont plus sensibles que les organes plus \u00e2g\u00e9s. En ce qui concerne les feuilles, la face sup\u00e9rieure pr\u00e9sente un o\u00efdium plus important que la face inf\u00e9rieure. Une infection s\u00e9v\u00e8re entra\u00eene une r\u00e9duction de la photosynth\u00e8se, une d\u00e9foliation et une d\u00e9formation des fruits.
