elementor-element-5451cd9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5451cd9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Le champignon pathog\u00e8ne\u00a0<em>Colletotrichum acutatum<\/em>\u00a0causes\u00a0<strong>Anthracnose du bleuet<\/strong>\u00a0(Ripe Rot) sur les fruits avant et apr\u00e8s la r\u00e9colte de la myrtille en corymbe. La maladie est pr\u00e9sente dans toutes les zones de production de myrtilles et a un impact important sur la r\u00e9duction de la dur\u00e9e de conservation des fruits et la mauvaise qualit\u00e9 des fruits frais sur le march\u00e9.<\/p><h3>Sympt\u00f4mes<\/h3><p>Les myrtilles sont sensibles \u00e0 ce champignon pathog\u00e8ne. Les baies ne d\u00e9veloppent pas de sympt\u00f4mes avant d'\u00eatre m\u00fbres. Les premiers sympt\u00f4mes apparaissent vers la fin de la floraison sur les fruits m\u00fbrs, sous forme de zones sombres et enfonc\u00e9es. Cette zone infect\u00e9e peut se ratatiner avec le temps. En quelques jours, des masses de spores humides de couleur saumon-orange vif apparaissent sur ces zones creuses. Les masses de spores collantes se propagent aux autres baies par la pluie, l'irrigation, les \u00e9claboussures d'eau, le vent et les contacts pendant la r\u00e9colte. Le champignon pathog\u00e8ne infecte tous les stades de la plante : feuilles, bourgeons, rameaux et cannes. Les nouvelles pousses et les feuilles peuvent \u00eatre atteintes au printemps. Les rameaux s'infectent en transf\u00e9rant les spores des bourgeons infect\u00e9s. Des l\u00e9sions brun fonc\u00e9, ressemblant \u00e0 des chancres, avec des corps fructif\u00e8res, se d\u00e9veloppent sur les jeunes cannes.<\/p><h3>Cycle de la maladie<\/h3><p>Le champignon pathog\u00e8ne passe l'hiver dans les rameaux et les boutons floraux, les \u00e9perons et les grappes. Au printemps, le champignon produit des spores, qui sont dispers\u00e9es par la pluie, l'irrigation et les \u00e9claboussures d'eau. Les infections se produisent \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature optimale de 12 \u00e0 27\u00b0C et \u00e0 une p\u00e9riode d'humidit\u00e9 des feuilles de plus de 12 heures. Le fruit peut \u00eatre infect\u00e9 \u00e0 tout moment, bien que les infections ne soient visibles (sympt\u00f4mes vus) que lorsque le fruit est m\u00fbr. Le champignon p\u00e9n\u00e8tre dans le fruit et reste dormant jusqu'\u00e0 ce que la baie commence \u00e0 m\u00fbrir. \u00c0 ce moment-l\u00e0, le champignon commence \u00e0 coloniser la zone infect\u00e9e et \u00e0 produire des enzymes qui d\u00e9truisent les parois cellulaires de la plante. Ces cellules endommag\u00e9es perdent leur contenu et leur int\u00e9grit\u00e9 (les sympt\u00f4mes se manifestent par des zones enfonc\u00e9es et ratatin\u00e9es). Les grappes de fruits \u00e9puis\u00e9es peuvent \u00eatre infect\u00e9es apr\u00e8s la r\u00e9colte.
