Horizonte Europa, cuyo objetivo es desarrollar un sistema digital hol\u00edstico (STELLA PSS) que ayude en la alerta temprana y la detecci\u00f3n de pat\u00f3genos vegetales de cuarentena y regulados, as\u00ed como en el desarrollo de una estrategia de respuesta que utilice la moderna tecnolog\u00eda de detecci\u00f3n y la Inteligencia Artificial.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a6c53d0 elementor-widget-divider--view-line elementor-widget class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>El proyecto aspira a hacer avanzar las soluciones de seguimiento y vigilancia de plagas, ser pionero en metodolog\u00edas novedosas y validar su eficacia en sistemas agr\u00edcolas del mundo real para proteger las plantas y el medio ambiente.<\/p><p>Durante el proyecto se desarrollar\u00e1 un Sistema de Vigilancia de Plagas (SSP), compuesto por los tres (3) subsistemas siguientes:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Un sistema de alerta r\u00e1pida<\/strong> aprovechando nuevos modelos de previsi\u00f3n de plagas y sensores del Internet de las Cosas (IoT).<\/li><li><strong>Un sistema de detecci\u00f3n de plagas<\/strong> aprovechando los sistemas a\u00e9reos teledirigidos (RPAS), la teledetecci\u00f3n y la teledetecci\u00f3n pr\u00f3xima, la ciencia ciudadana y las trampas.<\/li><li><strong>Un sistema de respuesta a las plagas<\/strong> proporcionar puntos calientes geolocalizados para iniciar medidas de contenci\u00f3n y contraactivas.<\/li><\/ul><p>STELLA PSS se probar\u00e1 a lo largo de tres a\u00f1os sobre el terreno, en granjas y a escala regional en todo el mundo. <strong>6 casos pr\u00e1cticos piloto (UCP)<\/strong> que abarca cultivos herb\u00e1ceos, huertos y vi\u00f1edos, as\u00ed como grandes zonas de dif\u00edcil acceso (bosques). El proyecto se centrar\u00e1 en 8 enfermedades diferentes de cuarentena y plagas no cuarentenarias reglamentadas (PNCR), extendi\u00e9ndose por 4 pa\u00edses europeos con diferentes caracter\u00edsticas clim\u00e1ticas y geol\u00f3gicas y Nueva Zelanda.<\/p><p>El proyecto STELLA comenz\u00f3 oficialmente el 1 de enero de 2024, marcando el inicio de su viaje innovador. Posteriormente, la reuni\u00f3n de lanzamiento del proyecto se celebr\u00f3 con gran \u00e9xito los d\u00edas 6 y 7 de febrero de 2024 en Atenas. Este acto inaugural reuni\u00f3 a representantes de las 14 organizaciones asociadas de 7 pa\u00edses, poniendo de relieve el esp\u00edritu de colaboraci\u00f3n y el alcance internacional del
