Deben aclimatarse a periodos prolongados de bajas temperaturas y a repentinas r\u00e1fagas \u00e1rticas de fr\u00edo extremo. La LCT se refiere a la temperatura efectiva a la que debe aumentar la producci\u00f3n de calor corporal y, con lluvia, nieve derretida o viento, puede ser significativamente inferior. Las vacas lecheras y el ganado de cebo con raciones ricas en grano tienen una LCT muy baja (de -30\u00b0C a -45\u00b0C) debido a su ingesta de alimentos de alta calidad y a su tasa metab\u00f3lica. El LCT para vacas de carne pre\u00f1adas, vacas lecheras secas y terneros en crecimiento, en buena condici\u00f3n corporal, se sit\u00faa entre -10\u00b0C y -25\u00b0C. Los terneros j\u00f3venes, desde el nacimiento hasta las 3 semanas de edad, tienen una LCT de +13\u00b0C. Los terneros lecheros, desde las 3 semanas de edad hasta el destete, tienen un LCT de +1\u00b0C.<\/p><p>Con temperaturas m\u00e1s fr\u00edas y vientos m\u00e1s fuertes, es necesario aumentar las raciones de pienso y los refugios.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h3>SOLUCI\u00d3N IoT: Estaci\u00f3n meteorol\u00f3gica IMT 3.3 y previsi\u00f3n meteorol\u00f3gica espec\u00edfica para cada emplazamiento<\/h3><ul><li>Controlar las temperaturas y aumentar la alimentaci\u00f3n en respuesta al fr\u00edo. Observe los valores de temperatura\/fr\u00edo del viento y aumente la alimentaci\u00f3n en respuesta al clima fr\u00edo.<\/li><li>Proteger a los animales del viento y de los valores elevados de sensaci\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica. Los vientos, pueden reducir notablemente la temperatura cr\u00edtica inferior del ganado, aumentando el estr\u00e9s por fr\u00edo en los animales, reduciendo su peso y<br \/>salud.<\/li><li>Acostar bien al ganado. Proporcionar suficiente cama seca, con refugio, marca una gran diferencia en la capacidad del ganado para soportar el estr\u00e9s por fr\u00edo.<\/li><li>Si es posible, mantenga el ganado limpio y seco. Los pelajes mojados (lluvia, aguanieve, nieve) tienen propiedades aislantes muy reducidas y hacen que el ganado sea m\u00e1s susceptible al estr\u00e9s por fr\u00edo, a trav\u00e9s de temperaturas cr\u00edticas m\u00e1s bajas.<\/li><li>Proporcionar alimento adicional si las temperaturas est\u00e1n por debajo de la temperatura cr\u00edtica inferior.
