Por favor, aseg\u00farese de leer los detalles cuidadosamente y en detalle:<\/p><ul><li>Antes de devolver cualquier art\u00edculo, primero debe enviar un TICKET, informando el N\u00daMERO DE SERIE del dispositivo, una descripci\u00f3n detallada del problema, y cualquier foto o video que nos ayude a evaluar mejor el caso. Para enviar un TICKET, por favor, visite <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/metos.global\/es\/support\/\">https:\/\/metos.global\/support\/<\/a><\/span>.<\/li><li>Si su reclamaci\u00f3n es aprobada, responderemos a su ENTRADA con el formulario RMA.<\/li><li>Todos los campos del formulario RMA son obligatorios.<\/li><li>Para garantizar que sus reclamaciones de garant\u00eda se tramitan con rapidez y precisi\u00f3n, le recordamos que debe aportar pruebas del estado de garant\u00eda de sus dispositivos. Esto significa presentar documentos como el recibo de compra, la factura y\/o el albar\u00e1n de entrega para confirmar que su dispositivo sigue en garant\u00eda.<\/li><li>La pieza devuelta debe estar etiquetada con la FECHA en que se retir\u00f3 del campo, el N\u00daMERO DE TICKET y el N\u00daMERO DE SERIE del dispositivo.<\/li><li>Los art\u00edculos defectuosos que se cambien en virtud de la opci\u00f3n de sustituci\u00f3n avanzada deber\u00e1n devolverse a Pessl Instruments GmbH en un plazo de 6 semanas (pa\u00edses de la UE) y 90 d\u00edas (pa\u00edses no pertenecientes a la UE).<\/li><li>Cada art\u00edculo devuelto debe estar en su estado original. Si el aparato ha estado instalado en el campo durante alg\u00fan tiempo, debe limpiarse adecuadamente.<\/li><li>Pessl Instruments GmbH se compromete a sustituir o reparar las piezas defectuosas por defectos de fabricaci\u00f3n. El cliente no tiene derecho a reclamaciones de garant\u00eda como se indica en la secci\u00f3n 13 de la <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/metos.global\/es\/general-terms-and-conditions-of-trade\/\">Condiciones Generales de Contrataci\u00f3n<\/a><\/span> y <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/metos.global\/es\/terms-of-use\/\">Condiciones de uso<\/a><\/span>.<\/li><li>Todos los art\u00edculos devueltos que contengan una pila deben tener la pila desenchufada.<\/li><li>Aseg\u00farese de que cada unidad est\u00e1 bien embalada. Tenga en cuenta que la garant\u00eda no cubre los productos da\u00f1ados durante el env\u00edo.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Tenga en cuenta que:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Las bater\u00edas, los acumuladores y los supercondensadores no est\u00e1n cubiertos por la garant\u00eda, tal como se indica en la secci\u00f3n 8.1 del Manual del usuario. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/metos.global\/es\/terms-of-use\/\">Condiciones de uso<\/a><\/span>.<\/li><li>Si la pieza no se devuelve en el plazo especificado en la modalidad de sustituci\u00f3n avanzada, la operaci\u00f3n se considerar\u00e1 una compra normal.<\/li><li>Los pedidos devueltos sin un RMA adecuado ser\u00e1n rechazados.<\/li><li>El enlace RMA es v\u00e1lido durante 14 d\u00edas.
