Last month HZPC Holding B.V. announced to stop with the business activities of\u00a0Solentum B.V..<\/a>\u00a0Pessl Instruments GmbH will take over some of the products of Solentum B.V. as of May 1, 2021. This was agreed upon by Pessl Instruments and Solentum B.V. last week.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The SolGrader APP will be used in combination with our weather stations, soil moisture sensors, satellite images, portable nutrition and soil sensors to estimate the calibration and yield in the fields. Switch to Pessl Instruments<\/h3><\/div><\/div>

Solentum\u2019s current Managing Director Egbert Bakker will make the switch to Pessl Instruments through this acquisition as Producte-Sales Manager BeNeLux and Northern Europe and product specialist of Solentum\u2019s products.<\/p>

Meanwhile, all relations of Solentum B.V. have been informed about this decision.<\/p>
