Zielsetzung<\/h4>

Penang, ein Bundesstaat in Malaysia, soll in die Lage versetzt werden, das Stadtklima in Echtzeit und f\u00fcr zuk\u00fcnftige Szenarien pr\u00e4zise zu messen, zu prognostizieren und zu modellieren, um eine zuverl\u00e4ssige Informationsgrundlage f\u00fcr Stadtplaner, Entscheidungstr\u00e4ger und B\u00fcrger zu schaffen.<\/p>

Geltungsbereiche<\/h4>
  1. EPT wurde von PI als potenzieller Partner f\u00fcr die Standortakquise und das Standortmanagement beim Aufbau des meteorologischen Netzes identifiziert.<\/li>
  2. Beide Parteien sind damit einverstanden, ein Pilotprojekt zu starten, um die Eignung einer Zusammenarbeit in gr\u00f6\u00dferem Ma\u00dfstab in mehreren St\u00e4dten zu pr\u00fcfen.<\/li>
  3. Beide Parteien haben Penang, insbesondere George Town, als den besten strategischen Nutznie\u00dfer des Konzeptnachweises ausgemacht.<\/li>
  4. Das Pilotprojekt wird mindestens 6 Standorte umfassen, die von der Regierung von Penang unterst\u00fctzt werden, um die Ziele des Staates zu erreichen.<\/li>
  5. Die Einf\u00fchrung der meteorologischen Ger\u00e4te erfolgt \u00fcber ein Data-as-a-Service-Modell, bei dem die Infrastruktur in Form eines Stadtnetzes installiert und von PI verwaltet wird, wodurch sich das Kapitalrisiko f\u00fcr die Stadt- und Gemeindebeh\u00f6rden verringert.<\/li>
  6. Nach der Installation der Ger\u00e4te und sechs (6) Monaten der Datenerfassung wird das Konsortium (PI und EPT) der Regierung des Bundesstaates Penang seine Ergebnisse und L\u00f6sungsvorschl\u00e4ge vorlegen.<\/li>
  7. In dieser Phase wird das Projekt entweder f\u00fcr eine weitere Konzeptbewertung, eine Erweiterung oder eine Streichung gepr\u00fcft.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
